By using the EXILION LIFESTYLE Exchanges portal and/or initiating a request for the purchase of product(s) on the portal, you agree to the terms contained in this policy without modification. If you do not agree, refrain from transacting on exilion.in.

Exchanges and Returns
- We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Once your request is accepted, a notification will be sent to your registered email, and our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 24-48 hours.
- Pickup attempts will be made twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

Eligible Situations:
- Product does not fit.
- Product or shipping package is damaged.
- Product is defective.
- Product parts or accessories are missing.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition.
- Brand tags, original packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- No signs of wear, stains, odors, or tampering.
- Products purchased as a set must be returned as a set.
- The return must match the order record.

Processing and Timeline:
- After the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.
- Exchanges will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
- If the requested size is unavailable, we will exchange the product for another item or issue a online store credit for future use.
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued as credit notes after quality approval.
- Credit notes are non-refundable and must be used within 2 months at our online store.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- COD Orders: Cancellation is allowed only if the order has not been dispatched.
- Prepaid Orders: All prepaid orders are final and non-cancellable. Refunds, if any, will be issued as online store credit equivalent to the MRP or selling price of the product.
